What services do you offer?We offer professional recording, mixing, and mastering services, as well as vocal production and audio editing. Whether you’re a solo artist or a full band, we can help you craft your perfect sound.

Where are you based?Dragonfly Recording Studios is based in Surrey, close to London and Gatwick. We’re easily accessible from London and the South East.

How do I book a session?You can book directly through our contact form, by emailing, or by calling us. We’ll chat through your project and find the right time and setup for your needs. You can also phone or WhatsApp us if we're in session.

Do you work with beginners and independent artists or musicians signed to a record company?Absolutely. We love working with artists at all stages of their journey — whether you’re recording your first demo or your fifth album.

Can I just get my tracks mixed or mastered without recording in your studio?Yes — we offer remote mixing and mastering services. Send us your stems, and we’ll deliver polished, release-ready tracks.

What equipment do you use?We’re equipped with high-quality microphones, preamps, and outboard gear, alongside trusted DAWs and plug-ins. If you’re after that analogue warmth or digital precision, we’ve got you covered. Check out our section on the studio to find out more.

How much does a session cost?Rates vary depending on the project length and services required. Contact us for a tailored quote — we’ll always be upfront and fair. As a general rule we charge £250 per day or £400 per track. Depending on the service required we can also offer hourly rates at £40 per hour.

Can I bring a production team or additional musicians with me?Of course. We’re happy to accommodate collaborators — just let us know in advance so we can prep the space accordingly.

What’s your cancellation policy?We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable if notice isn’t given in time. Just get in touch if you have issues on the day and we will help where we can.

Do you do voiceover or podcast recording?Yes! We offer voiceover, audiobook, and podcast recording with clean, broadcast-quality results.

Do you offer gift vouchers?Yes, we offer studio time vouchers — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just treating a fellow musician.

What areas do you cover?Dragonfly Recording Studios is based in Reigate, Surrey and we work with clients all across the South East and beyond. Locally, we regularly welcome artists from: Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Dorking, Crawley, Guildford, Epsom, Leatherhead, Godstone, Oxted, Tadworth, Coulsdon, Purley, Banstead, Caterham, Merstham, East Grinstead and London. We’re also easily accessible from London, Brighton, and surrounding areas — both by car and train.

Do you work with specific genres of music?We work across a wide range of musical genres — from rock, pop, indie, jazz, funk, reggage, blues, country, soul and folk to hip-hop, electronic, acoustic, R&B, classical, musical theatre and more. Whether you’re a singer-songwriter with a stripped-back vibe or a producer layering beats, Dragonfly Recording Studios is set up to bring out the best in your music and your sound. I’ve written a song — can you help me turn it into a full track?Absolutely. If you’ve got a song — even just lyrics or a rough demo — we can help you bring it to life. Whether you need help building the arrangement, adding instruments, or shaping the overall sound, we’ve got you covered. Tom (our in-house producer and multi-instrumentalist) can play guitar, bass, drums, program keys and more — so we can create a full track in-house. And if your song calls for something extra, we can bring in session players to add strings, brass, backing vocals, or whatever your sound needs. You bring the idea — we’ll help you shape it into something beautiful.

Through our partners at RR Creative Design, we offer a range of additional services including music video production, promotional content, event graphics, album artwork design, and more. So whether you need visuals for your next single, posters for a launch event, or creative assets for a full campaign — we can help bring it all together.
